Excessive joinery work will be charged for bespoke work that the plumber is unable to do i.e:-
- Alter unit
- Pipe boxing
- Removing laminate and floors for gas runs etc.
- Flooring attic floor
- Fitting access hatches for flue inspections
- Removing units
