NCB500 ON combi
Navien’s NCB500 ON combines central heating and hot water in a combi format. Its stainless-steel heat exchangers are a specific feature of this range. The right output depends on both the heat your home needs and your hot-water use.
System boiler options
The NCB500 system range works with a separate hot-water cylinder. It is worth discussing when stored hot water suits the property. We assess the existing cylinder, controls and pipework before proposing a replacement.

4. Plan installation and aftercare
Once the work is agreed, the office confirms arrangements. Keep the handover information and follow the applicable servicing requirements.
Questions worth asking
Does every Navien installation deliver the same hot-water performance?
No. Model choice, incoming mains flow and pressure, pipework, controls and the number of outlets in use all matter. Tell us how many bathrooms you use together so the survey can address the actual demand.
What warranty will my quotation include?
We confirm the cover for your exact model and package in writing. Registration, installation conditions and ongoing servicing requirements must be checked; there is no single warranty promise for every model on this page.
Can I ask about finance?
