Servicing and breakdown repair are different. A service checks and maintains the boiler; repair-cover scope depends on your chosen tier and confirmed terms.

Your questions, clearly answered
What changes from Silver to Gold?
Silver's listed components focus on the boiler, flue and heating controls, including circulating pumps and motorised valves. Gold adds radiators, heating pipes and hot-water components. Current terms must confirm the precise boundaries.
Does Bronze include breakdown repairs?
Bronze is listed as an annual servicing plan. It does not list the repair components shown from Silver upwards. Ask the team about repair options separately.
Does a gas-pipe benefit include every gas appliance?
No appliance-cover promise is made here. Platinum and Diamond list the internal gas supply pipework. Coverage for an oven, hob or other appliance has not been established.
Is electrical or kitchen-appliance cover included?
Those categories are not listed as benefits in these MPH plans. Ask the team if you need help with a particular appliance or electrical fault.
Are there fees, limits or response guarantees?
The original booklet includes older statements about fees, claim limits and response arrangements. Their current terms have not been verified, so this page does not repeat them as promises.
Can I join Diamond online?
The existing Diamond route is to contact MPH. A verified tier-and-price-matched online signup link is still needed before adding a direct joining button.
